Decision intelligence for Europe's public data — ask a question in plain language and get one clear answer, backed by sources.
I run product for a tool that answers questions about Europe's public records in plain language and shows the records behind every line of the answer.
Public information that normally sits in separate places, brought together so you can ask one question and get one sourced answer.

Context
Europe's public information — company records, property data, environmental and market data — sits in separate places that don't talk to each other. DOGER brings it together so you can ask one question and get one clear, sourced answer.
The problem
Connect those scattered public sources into one place, and put an assistant on top that reads a plain-language question, gathers the right information, and explains where its answer came from.
What I did
- Own the product direction, and what gets deferred
- Run the customer research first-hand with public-sector, financial and insurance buyers
- Prototype a use case against real data before engineering commits to it
- Own the quality bar for what ships
- Own where the product is allowed to go — the EU AI Act transparency notice and the capability boundary behind it
- Research which public sources to add next, and the plan for new markets
Results
- Ranks all 308 Portuguese municipalities for where to build
- Use cases prototyped against real data before engineering commits to them
- A product direction grounded in first-hand interviews with public-sector, financial and insurance buyers
