Took an HR software company from $787K to $1.8M during a wartime pivot.
I rebuilt the roadmap, discovery and delivery of an HR software company during a forced move into new markets, and revenue more than doubled.
Inherited a team with no clear plan and unpredictable delivery, rebuilt how it worked, then helped it expand into new countries.

Context
The top HR software in its home market — but most of its revenue came from a country at war. Expanding into Poland and Latin America was a make-or-break move.
The problem
Make delivery steady and faster at the same time, and build the basics of how the product team works from scratch — without slowing the push into new countries.
What I did
- Built the company's first clear product plan from nothing
- Introduced a repeatable way to research and ship work
- Got product, sales, support, and marketing aligned on one quarterly plan
- Led a team of 3 product managers, 3 designers, and 10 engineers
Results
- Revenue grew from $787K to $1.8M during my time there
- Several major releases shipped in the first two quarters under the new setup
- Launched in new regions — Poland and Latin America
- A steady research-to-release rhythm in place
